Every body that as contributed have good opinion but to be frown, rape give stigma that can change female psychological reasoning so it should be campaign against, the likes of Opera who was once a victim. Though the must have been a victim one way or the other but proper punishment should be given to anybody guity. For those ladies in act of reducing men, govt should establish 'operation wetin you wear' *
